Our private enclosed spaces are ideal for energetic pups, reactive dogs, recall training, or simply giving your best friend the freedom they deserve. General Rules

  • Bookings are by appointment only. Please bring the correct amount of dogs you have booked for.

  • Please arrive and leave within your time slot. There will be a 10 minute changeover time to allow you to get your dogs in the car and leave safely.

  • The field is for exclusive use - one booking at a time.

  • Do not enter if someone is already in the field.

  • Please do not let your dog dig, holes can be dangerous for everyone. If you see any, please make us aware so we can fill them!

  • Dogs must remain within the fenced area and under control at all times.

  • Owners/ Dog Walkers are fully responsible for their dogs and their behaviour.

  • All waste must be picked up and disposed of in the bins provided on site.

  • Please close and lock the gate securely behind you.

  • No smoking, glass or alcohol are permitted on site.

  • Children must be supervised at all times and never alone without an adult.

  • The field must be left clean and tidy for the next users.

  • CCTV recording.

Terms & Conditions 

  • You must have a paid booking to use the dog fields.

  • Please do not enter if someone else is already in the run. Contact us if this goes into your booking time. 

  • We act on a three strike policy, not booking for the correct amount of dogs and misuse of the field result in a strike. 

  • Craigton Secure Fields have the right to refuse any booking. 

 

Liability

  • Use of Craigton Fields is entirely at your own risk.

  • The management is not responsible for injury, loss, damages or death to dogs, people or property.

Access

  • After booking, you will receive a confirmation email and text with your gate code.

  • Codes are changed after each use for security.

  • Please follow instructions on email to gain access. 

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or reschedule.

  • No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or misuse of the field.

  • We cannot issue refunds in the result of bad weather as we are not in control of this. 

Poo Policy 

See a poo, pick it up! 

Sometimes people may miss a poo, just like you may! If we all do our bit and help out it will keep the fields nice and clean for everyone! Bins are provided in either end of the field. Please use them.
